Microwave Simple Salmon.  Prep: 5 min, Cook: 10 min. 

1-3/4 lbs. salmon steaks, or fillets, about 1/2 inch thick, 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. olive oil. 

Arrange salmon in one layer in a microwave safe dish. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and season with salt to taste.

Cover and microwave 5-7 minutes on high, or until edges are flaky.

Remove and let stand 2 minutes before serving.

Serve with rice and a vegetable.
