Asian Wild Rice Pilaf
1 cup wild rice
1 cup white rice
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Chinese cabbage, shredded
2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup sherry
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Heat oil in a large saucepan and saute onion and cabbage for 5 minutes. Add rice, garlic,
chicken broth, sherry and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for
20-25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
