Mexican Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:  One pound boneless skinless chicken, cubed, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1-28 oz of salsa, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions
In two qt. casserole dish combine chicken, salsa, soup, and 1 cup of cheese. Mix well. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:  serve over rice, but spaghetti works too!!

For a lower fat version use reduced fat soup.
