SPANKY'S CHILI

(a personal favorite)

1 LB GROUND MEAT, 2 ONIONS DICED, 1 PEPPER DICED, 2 TBLS CHILE POWDER, 1 TSP. CUMIN, 1 TSP. SALT, 1 TSP. BLACK PEPPER, 16 OUNCES WHOLE TOMATOES, 8 OUNCES TOMATO SAUCE, 16 OUNCES KIDNEY BEANS.

OPTIONAL - KICK IT UP WITH A TSP. OF CAYENNE PEPPER. 

BROWN MEAT, POUR OFF FAT. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND COOK OVER LOW HEAT FOR AN HOUR, STIRRING OFTEN.

MAY SERVE OVER WHITE RICE OR WITH CORN BREAD AND LOTS OF BEER. 

NOW THAT'S GOOD CHILI!
