It is the goal of the Rules and Competitions Department to respond to all Rules of Golf questions submitted to the USGA within 15-20 business days.

 

Through an agreement with the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland, the Rules jurisdiction of the USGA includes only the United States and its possessions.
