OBSTACLES TO FITNESS SUCCESS

Obtaining fitness has its obstacles; you must remember to keep focused on your goals. It will be necessary to develop flexibility with your daily routine. Here are some suggestions:

-  If sore, take a warm bath or shower. Each ache is a step in progress.
-  If discouraged, read an exercise book or article.

Your health is worth the time and energy it takes to include physical activity. Plan activity as a fun part of your day; walk or hike with friends, participate in a sport, jog, or ride a bike. The emotional,
