Ingredients
2lbs Pork Chops or 5 Pork Steaks 1 onion 2 cans Chunk pineapple (unsweetened) 2 green
peppers (cut in 1" pieces) 2 fresh tomatoes(cut in wedges) 1 c brown sugar 1/2
vinegar 2-3T soy sauce 2-3T cornstarch
Directions
Cut pork in bite size pieces and brown in oil and season with soy sauce. Dice onion finely
and fry with meat. When pork is brown cover with water and simmer until done.Drain
pineapple keeping syrup,in syrup put brown sugar,vinegar, and cornstarch then add to pork.
Stirring occasionally. When pork mixture is thickened, add pineapple,peppers and tomatoes
and heat through.
Serving Suggestion: serve over rice with a green salad
with cucmbers. Also serve it with french bread and butter.
